Most care sheets tell you the standard. This is the other thing: what we actually do, what we got wrong, and where the received wisdom breaks down once you're running real animals at real scale.

We write about what happens in that room. Culture crashes, tadpole rearing, group housing, supplementation, the builds, the mistakes, the frogs we lost and why. Some of it will contradict what you've read elsewhere. When it does, we'll show our work.

None of this is set in stone. We're still learning, and we change our minds — about supplements, about housing, about things we were sure of five years ago. When that happens we'll say so and tell you what changed. Anyone in this hobby claiming they've got it all figured out either isn't paying attention or isn't keeping enough frogs. This is a journey, and we're writing it down as we go.
