The Playbook (Directions)

• MEASURE: Add 1/2 cup of dry media to a 32oz deli cup.

• HYDRATE: Add 1/2 cup of hot water. Stir until it reaches an applesauce consistency.

• COOL: Let cool completely. (IMPORTANT: Never add flies to hot media!)

• SEED: Add excelsior and a pinch of active yeast. Seed with 50-100 flies and cap with a vented lid.

• STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep out of direct sunlight.
